Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or odor (perfume, smoke, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Email us at madisonsupp@gmail.com or use the contact form on our site.
    • Provide your order number, the item name/sku, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization
    • We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
    • Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Package
    • Pack the item securely in its original box or similar protective packaging.
    • Include the RMA form inside the parcel.
    • Ship to the address provided in your RMA email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We cover shipping—use the prepaid label provided.
  • International Orders: You’re responsible for any customs duties or local fees on return shipments.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if paid originally) are non-refundable, except for faulty/incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item (size, color), follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • You may also indicate your exchange preference in the RMA form; we’ll refund the original purchase once returned and separately charge for the new item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”)
  • Undergarments, swimwear (unless unworn with hygienic seals intact)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@madison.com.
  2. Provide photos of the defect or incorrect product.
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

After 2 hours, we may have begun processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement.
